Important notice: This is a 12 to 14-hour full-day tour and guests must be aware that once we reach certain areas, there is approximately 2 hours of straight driving time to return. At times, some guests may prefer to return faster due to fatigue, but please understand that the return portion still requires the full driving time. We will be making stops every 30 to 45 minutes at each landmark to ensure comfort, photos, and rest breaks along the way. Please also note that traffic conditions are outside of our control, and delays may occur. All guests must be fully aware that this is a long scenic journey across the island, designed for people who are comfortable with extended travel times.

## Cancellation & Weather Policy * All tours require advance reservation. * Cancellations made **24 hours or more** before the scheduled tour are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable booking or processing fees charged by the reservation platform. * Cancellations made less than **24 hours** before the scheduled tour are non-refundable. * Tours operate in most weather conditions. * In the event of severe weather or other unsafe conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, the experience may be modified, or the tour may be rescheduled, subject to availability. * Outdoor experiences are subject to weather, road, and natural conditions, which may require changes to the itinerary without prior notice. * Natural attractions such as rivers, waterfalls, and bioluminescent bays depend on weather and environmental conditions. We cannot guarantee specific water levels, visibility, or natural phenomena. * The safety of our guests is always our top priority, and final operational decisions are made by the guide based on current conditions.
