Cancellation Policy
All tours require advance reservation. Pickup is provided directly at the hotel lobby or an agreed meeting location. Guests should be ready at the scheduled pickup time. In case of rain, the tour may be rescheduled to another date if drivers are available, or the activity may be changed to a different experience. Please note that bioluminescence visibility depends on natural conditions such as moonlight, weather, and water conditions. We do not control the visibility of the glow. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be refunded. Tours operate rain or shine since the experience is primarily a driving tour. In case of rain, the itinerary may be adjusted and alternative locations may be visited. If weather conditions become unsafe, the tour may be rescheduled for another date depending on staff availability. Our tours are driving experiences designed for comfort, especially for seniors and guests with limited mobility.
