My Story
Five years ago, I started working as a taxi driver in Puerto Rico. One day, a woman in a wheelchair and her husband got into my vehicle. She asked me if she could hire me privately to drive her around the city and show her places that were not typical tourist spots.
She told me she had searched for private tours that could accommodate her needs, but she couldn’t find any that required minimal or no walking.
I drove them around for five hours that day. It was more than just transportation — it was a personalized experience. That day, I realized there are many people — seniors, individuals with mobility limitations, and travelers who prefer privacy — who need a different kind of tour.
That is why Tour Express exists today.
